Welcome to Jestee. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us
Jestee sells apparel featuring original and licensed-for-use designs, printed and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners (including Printify and its network of printing providers). We do not manufacture products ourselves; production and shipping timelines are managed by these partners.

2. Accounts
You may browse and use our design tool without creating an account. An account is required to save a custom design, submit it for production, or complete a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Custom Designs and User Content
If you create or upload a custom design using our design tool, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to any image, text, or artwork you submit, or have permission to use it
• Your design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right belonging to any third party
• Your design does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any submitted design at our discretion, at any stage before or after production, without notice. If we receive a valid rights-holder complaint (such as a DMCA notice) about a design, we will remove it and may suspend the associated account.

You retain ownership of designs you create. By submitting a design for production, you grant Jestee a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in selected currency and are subject to change without notice. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or a design that violates these terms.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment
Products are printed on demand and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Jestee is not liable for delays caused by our fulfillment or shipping partners.

6. Returns and Refunds
Because items are custom-printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection made by the customer. We will offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to report an issue.

7. Intellectual Property
All original Jestee branding, logos, and site content are owned by Jestee and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to designs submitted by users, which remain their own property as described in Section 3.

8. Limitation of Liability
Jestee provides this website and its products on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jestee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
